The Meadvale Scout Group is one of 14 groups in the Reigate and Redhill District in Surrey.
The 34th was founded in 1930 at St Johns Boy's School by the choirmaster of St Johns Church and has been serving the community of Meadvale since moving in 1935 to the centre of the village. The original Meadvale Group was started in 1915 as the 16th Reigate (Meadvale) Scout Group. A Cub section was started in 1935, a Beaver Colony in 1987 and the new Explorer Scout Unit in 2003. Our headquarters are in Somerset Road, Meadvale, Redhill, Surrey.
